Nothing radical at all about Cruz's opinion. The Constitution does not stipulate how many judges mus sit on the "supreme court". And if Hillary is somehow elected, our country's only hope is for a 4-4 split on the court. Not rocket science and completely lawful. It's called survival vs national suicide.
