Texas, other states to ask judge to halt Obama transgender policy

By Jon Herskovitz, Reuters

Texas and a dozen other states plan to ask a U.S. judge in Fort Worth on Friday to halt Obama administration recommendations regarding bathroom access for transgender students, arguing they are unlawful "radical changes" being foisted on the nation.

The U.S. Justice Department in legal filings said the policies are recommendations that do not have the force of law, and the plaintiffs, including 13 states led by Texas, have no standing to request an injunction to suspend them.

If you're Transgender you should use your own facilities and not infringe upon those who aren't confused about who or what they are!

I saw an article this morning that a 5 Year Old Transgender Girl was suing the State of Texas to allow her to pee anywhere she pleases. How can a 5 Year Old make the decision she's Transgender? That's like letting her have sex with a pedophile if she wants too!

Big decisions are left to the grownups remember?
