China and Russia will hold joint naval exercises in the South China Sea in September, Beijing's defense ministry said Thursday, after an international tribunal invalidated the Asian giant's extensive claims in the area.
The drills will be carried out in the "relevant sea and air of the South China Sea", defense ministry spokesman Yang Yujun told reporters at a monthly briefing, adding the exercise was "routine" and "does not target any third party".

It's amazing how un-American's can receive welfare, buy new cars, buy junk with food stamps and misuse all the tax dollars available to them can think they deserve it! I see it everyday. I don't begrudge anyone a new car but it's wrong when someone on welfare can buy a new car and their housing is paid, food is paid, utilities are paid, medical is paid and any other form of welfare available is paid by tax dollars. Hardworking Americans who work to survive can't afford a new car and they're the ones who should be receiving the help but can't qualify for benefits. Even illegals receive more benefits then our hardworking American CITIZENS! Our government has created a class of dependent, lazy and unmotivated citizens and if allowed to they will continue to vote our country into the ground!
