What it means is, several countries will follow and the European Union will desolve in 10 years. We almost have the States needed for a Convention of States. Where I do believe the Federal Government will be abolished and States will once again conduct their own business. All Taxes the States collect stay within that state. If you don't like the State you're in you can move to a better one.
