Seven former state workers in Delaware were indicted after authorities uncovered a massive food stamp fraud scheme.
Delaware Attorney General Matt Denn announced the charges on Wednesday against seven women, including two who remain at-large:

No White people? That must mean that the arrests are racist! lol The fact that more Black people per capita are incarcerated than Whites only means that Blacks live in poorer neighborhoods than most Whites where a lot more crime is taking place. You might want to move out of those neighborhoods.
