Have you noticed how we think we gain control over ISIS in one area of the World and they just move to another area and start killing all over again. We don't ever finish anything we start anymore. Wherever they are we need to send special operations forces to root them out and carpet bomb every suspected ISIS hiding place in the Middle East or we could just play like we're doing something and they will continue to kill us a few at a time.
