Let's take a look at the recent statement issued by Naperville residents Melvin Owens Jr. and his wife, Rosalind, on behalf of their 19-year-old son, Marcus.
"Marcus Owens and the entire Owens family would like to issue their deepest apologies to Marcus' friends, the Iowa City community, the University of Iowa, and the Iowa City Police Department for the misunderstandings and anxiety stemming from Marcus' involvement in a violent incident in downtown Iowa City on May 1," it begins.

This should be severely punished because it is a hate crime against the White People involved. We're not sorry for dumbass Marcus we want him punished!
