I realize this video is old but it just illustrates how uneducated some police officers are about any laws in their jurisdictions. Some feel they can say or do anything they want and that taints the entire law enforcement profession across the country.
Open message to all Police Officers; you know who the #dumbasses are in your department and it's time for you to oust them instead of looking like an accomplice to all of their crimes.
