A Message for Everyone

Good morning friends and family or should I just say family.

The world we live in today is a very scary place. We must band together and use that fear to motivate us to prepare for an uncertain future. It seems our future is in decline and we must break that cycle.

Americans and our government have not always done the right thing or the best thing for our country and sometimes those things don't go together. We must find it in our own hearts regardless of whatever color, religion or ethnic origin we represent to understand everyone's opinion matters. We have to stop fighting against each other and listen to different opinions and solve the gaps, not create larger ones.

It's starts with you, right now! You have the power to change your life and the lives of those around you. Jesus never wavered in his beliefs at cost of his own mortal life. Even if you don't believe in heaven, hell or an afterlife, I respect that opinion but believe in what Jesus stood for; commitment, loyalty, faith, hope, love, persistence, integrity, courage, accountability, compassion and most of all sacrifice for everyone, even those who threw stones, beat and eventually sent him to his father.

They didn't kill Jesus because you can't kill a soul, idea, a movement or a way of life no matter how hard you try. You can try to rewrite or destroy all symbols or a history that you don't like but future generations will rewrite it again and again. If we don't remember history we're going to repeat it without fail.

Every religion has a God but everyone calls him by a different name, follows a different word or system that was created by men for their God. Don't get me wrong I'm not the best Christian in the world, not even close but I believe the love and goodness in our hearts will eventually overtake the hate we feel for anyone or thing of this world. I don't mean to say that criminals or terrorists shouldn't be punished but religion speaks to them more than all others because of their circumstance.

Stand for right today. Teach your children love, respect, honor and integrity because all of us have to see that those values are fading with the years and the ones that are coming faster everyday.
